    PHYSICAL ASSESSMENTS

    After completing our initial movement screen we identify key areas that we can work on by developing you a personalised golf-specific training program to help maximise your golf power output. These are measurable markers that we reassess every 4 to 6 weeks to gauge our progress. These key areas to work on range from asymmetries of either strength/mobility or a combination of both on either the sagittal/frontal or transvers plans of the body.
